I have been going on for so long now,
Days and night have passed without me even noticing
I'm tired, broken, alone
A loner under this crystal sky

A rest is in place

The bonfire, dancing, consuming, chanting
Warming me, teasing me.
Oh quaint imagination

Nowadays so much
fictioned and flauntered

Days seem to cease me
Catch me if you can stars falling down on me
The rainbow always hovers
just as I reach for the gold
Daydreams seem to only come at night

It has been quiet for so long
But this morning
as I woke up
A bird chanted
in the distance
